With over 23 years in business, 3 licensed professionals and experience in management, maintenance , leasing and sales of commercial space and multi-family homes, Professional Property Management has the experiential knowledge and know-how to serve you and your tenants' needs. We service the St. Francois, Madison, Jefferson and South St. Louis Counties of Missouri.


Professional Property Management offers apartments in the communities we serve in St. Francis County. We have homes in the country where your view is the beautiful Ozark mountains or a home on a tree lined street in St. Louis.


Ask us about our commercial properties, ranging from early 1900’s buildings in the City of St. Louis to retail or office space in St. Louis County or downtown Farmington.

Our Team

Patsy Weddle, opened Professional Property Management in 1999 and began offering commercial real estate sales, leasing and management. In 2005 she added sales and management of multi-family properties and management of single-family properties as well maintenance management of commercial developments. In 2007, Denise Gallagher, became the other half of the Professional Property Management team. Then in 2022 Rayne Littlefield joined our team. Together Patsy, Denise and Rayne offer their experience in sales, leasing and management in St. Francois, Madison, Jefferson and St Louis Counties.

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Some properties may allow for online payments. Check with Professional Property Management to see if this is an option for you.


    If it is an option, log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!


    If you're unable to pay online, you can bring your rent to the office at 1032 East Karsch Boulevard, Farmington, Missouri or mail it to P.O. Box 215, Farmington, Missouri, 63640.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
